csp-0024 – How to Find It

1. Search the CSP Pro Official Facebook site
This is one of the best ways to find information on how to do things with CSP. Unfortunately it is only avalable after purchasing CSP.

2. Search official CSP Tech Support site
– many times search for specific items come up wit ‘no results’.

Regardless of how you find a high quality videos or playlists please let me know on my Facebook page and I will add it to the MyIndex page. Also, if you know of a better way to search please let me know.

A word of warning. Make sure you know what version of CSP, or any other program, you are working on. Make sure that the video you are watching matches that version. It is very easy to spend a lot of time following a video, only to find out that it does not work on the version you are using.

Finding specific items is hit and miss. Good tutorials when you can find what you are looking for.

4. CSP official Tutorial site
This site has some very good tutorials, if you can find them. It would be great if it had a search feature. Note that all, if not all, of these videos can be found on the YouTube site and it is much easier to find a spedific video of subject there. (see item 1)

5. Use CSP- MyIndex
My personal search site. A long, long way to go, but it is a start. It is fairly simple to use. Just follow the instructions at the top and search the index or the site for the subject you are looking for. If you do not find it, let me know and I will try to add it.

6. Search the internet.

csp-13200 DAZ to CSP

It is fairly easy to create a 3d character in DAZ and import the animation into CSP. and the add aduio. See this Example

It is not a 3d editor. It is strictly a 2d editor that lets you manipulate videos of 3d characters to simulate 3d actions.

If you are looking to use for CSP purely as a way to quickly and easily put together videos from templates and assets then you will eventually need the full package. However, if you are willing to spend some time and get into the tools that are part of the basic package you can create your own assets. The basic package is more than worth the price. It will allow you to quickly create great videos.
I use it several hours a day to test ideas and concepts. I can quickly and easily put together a video concept before spending the hours necessary in other programs to finalize the concept.  
If you are new to video animation, then it is a cheap way to see if it is something you want to get involved in.

This package includes all of the CSP basic functionality, a large number of templates and samples of many of the optional assets.
IT DOES NOT INCLUDE SAMPLES OF EVERY ASSET CATEGORY. The Bobbleheads and many other categories are not included.
You do get a 30 day trial period so you can try the program and get a refund if you decide not to keep it.
License – You can install the program on 2 devices. You can only run 1 instance of CreateStudio on a single pc.

CSP Official Tutorial Site
The CS Tutorials are pretty good, however using them is not very intuitive and finding specific is very difficult.
Linking to specific pages has been disable and cannot be done.
CS-QuickStart – access from CSP home page,Tutorials. Cannot create and external link.

CSP Official Tech Support Page
This page is used to search the knowledge data base and to create support tickets.
This page has a search feature to help find specific subjects. However, it is not always helpful.
Creating a support ticked.
You must log in and start a conversation.
Follow the steps and be sure to press the ‘update’ button.
After you have entere a support request you can periodically prss the update button to get the status. Also, tech support will send you an email with an answer.
Tech Support generally responds within 2 hours.

cspqt-004 – Motion Presets – (Saved property)
Motion Presets are one of the most useful parts of the common Motions
They can be used to save asset animations that are to be used over and over. The downside is that they must be saved separately for In Moitons, Out Motions, and Colors.

csp-1600 Common Motions
Motions are accessed in the properties tab on the right side of the screen. Motions are animations added to CSP assets.
Multiple actions can be added to the asset at the same time by using the advanced tab.

csp-1610- In motions are animations added to the beginning of the asset.
