We live in a world where respect no longer exists. Everyone has become either an ally or an enemy. It is time to restore the values we grew up with. A country where a difference of opinion did not make you someone to fear and hate. It is time to take hate and fear out of American politics. Self sacrifice has become the enemy of personal rights. Personal rights have become more important that the welfare of the country. No nation can survive when individual rights override the rights and needs of the nation.
John F. Kennedy said “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country,”. Today it is only “what is in it for me”.
